Leading the Way: AJ currently spearheads the HR function at a local managed healthcare plan. Her multifaceted expertise ensures that our team thrives in an ever-changing landscape.

Community Champion: Beyond the boardroom, AJ partners with the OKC Chamber of Commerce Intern OKC program. She’s also a proud Heritage Hall alumna, previously serving on the Alumni Board for three years.

SHRM Dynamo: For six impactful years, AJ served as the VP of Membership for the Oklahoma City Human Resource Society—a local SHRM chapter. Her commitment to professional growth and networking is unwavering.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: AJ wears many hats. In 2017, she founded an LLC, and in 2020, she established a non-profit organization with her inner circle. Innovation and impact drive her every move.

Creative Ventures: AJ’s not just about spreadsheets and policies. In late 2021/early 2022, she launched a series of paperback journals—a testament to her artistic side. These journals are more than ink on paper; they’re a canvas for inspiration.
